The ethos of Daft Laddie is to have a laugh first, enjoy what you do and look good when you’re doing it. When I sit down to design a T-shirt I try to think of something I would like to wear first. If I wouldn’t wear it why would I expect anyone else to like it.

When it’s finished I give it my personal seal of approval before it goes any further, if I would wear it I then ask myself, do I think others would agree with me. Not everything makes the cut, some examples of that are shown in the samples & small runs section. The associated blurb in the individual sections provides a little insight into the formation of an idea and how it comes to fruition. Here I will attempt to keep you up to date with current projects but the sheer volume of late suggests that might be difficult to maintain, but one can only try.
